what should you do as an IB?

Introducing Brokers (IBs) are financial institutions or individuals that introduce clients to Pal-Invest Asset Management, who will:

• Service and act as the first point of contact for clients.

• Assist clients in opening their accounts.

• Introduce clients to the Pal-invest trading system

• Introduce clients to the Pal-invest trading system

When investing through an Introducing Broker, clients  will open their account directly with Pal-Invest Asset Management and will go through normal Pal-Invest Asset Management identification and due diligence procedures.

• An Introducing Broker is not a legal representative, an agent or an employee of Pal-Invest Asset management. which means that IB's cannot negotiate on behalf of Pal-Invest Asset management, also IB's are not authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of Pal-Invest asset Management.

• Clients relationship with Pal-Invest Asset Management is ruled exclusively by the documents they have signed with Pal-Invest Asset Management, and any additional documents between clients and the IB have no bearing on clients accounts with Pal-Invest Asset Management.

• An IB is an independent intermediary, and Pal-Invest accepts no liability whatsoever for any action taken by IB.
